The so-called holidays are finally here!!! claiming our holidays as a holiday is maybe too strong a statement, a break would be acceptable... Drew out my holidays schedule and i found that i am fully packed and overloaded!!! I bet non-councilor/star people would have plenty of free time to spare, and to do their studies!!! man, i am real jealous!!! why cant teachers just give us a break and provide us with a proper holiday we thoroughly deserve?

in such a realistic society, your service to the school is not appreciated, even if they are, they only last for a moment and they are quickly forgotten... and if you do not provide the goods academically wise, you face the wrath of the teachers who are the very cause of your immensely lousy marks!!! it is just that easy for teachers, make use of students and dump them into the chute once your value is justified , for students, at least for me, i am deafen by what teachers quoted as saying no to your job load!!! like it is so easy to say "NO"... u teachers just dun get it, do you? our main focus as a student is to study and get results, not to do ur junk and clear your shit for you! honestly, when some work are essential, we students would not mind doing it, but when student like us are being used as a workforce for teachers, the purpose is defeated... teachers these days are just nonsensical and ridiculous, of course it does not apply to all teachers, and as usual, there are always a few exception:D (fortunately so, PHEW!!!!)

No more news today, many things have happened recently...

lets just start with what happened today!! nice day though, and for no particular reason, Daron and I decided to do outdoor cooking and chef our lunch D.I.Yly. Man, what a delicious meal i have, although it was just a simple bowl of instant noodles, but it kinda taste nicer when you really cook it urself. it started off with just two, and it ended with alot more people who were attracted to our feast of noodles, maybe noodles companies should start paying me for advertising noodles for them. LOL. not to forget, i managed to survive the whole day with a half-inaudible voicebox which is like a day in hell for a chatterbox like me, got to keep tuning my voice to make myself sound normal. worse still, i went for outreach as well!!! and by the time i am back, my voice was really partially gone. but still have alot of fun even when i was voiceless, getting teased at for churning out weird noises all the time, what joy :D!!! LOLx.

friends....hmmm
i believed i found them,
a them which i believe i can really confine in,
a them which make me happy when together
a them which i will never want to lose...

as usual, PHOTOS, hang on erh!!
da delicious noodles
a lunch which turn our to be a gathering
most probably the longest receipt ever:P

are gay people really that different? what is the thing about them which make people discriminate them? not that i got anything gay or have anything to do with gaying, but i do find it a concern when gay people dont get a fair share of chances to develop their talent like normal ungay people. Big deal!!! so what if someone is gay, it is just that he have more affection towards someone with the same sex, it is as simple as that. PEriod!!!

in case u guys did not know, J.K Rowling, the author of the HARRY POTTER SERIES, revealed on friday night in U.S Carnegie Hall that ALBUS DUMBLEDORE is indeed GAY. I believe this is a big step for Jo Rowling and for gay rights. to get such a popular character, and name it GAY, was really a pretty brave move. who could have believe that someone so respected, so talented and so kind, as someone who just happens to be also homosexual, it actually reinforce the idea that a person's gayness is not something of which they should be ashamed. maybe it is just a flop of a gay to like someone of the same sex which is pretty unusual, if that is the case why do people who have other less obvious flops not treated as unfairly as the gays?

i believe this have got something to do with the acceptance of people.. it is like i go around shouting: " I AM GAY!! YOOHOO I AM GAY!!! " people with low acceptance level wouldn't bother to stop and think if there is other meaning to it, rather they would think that the word gay means gay and shunt you like you are the most unusual thing they have ever seen on EARTh, in fact the meaning is just a easy and simple inference. it shows that i am happy, thats all!!

i would just like to reinstate that I AM NOT GAY, and have nothing to do with the gay association or whatever you can think off which have anything to do with gays!!

recently i stumbled over a weird piece of news!!! it reads as follow:

Swearing at work 'boosts team spirit, morale'

LONDON (AFP) - Regular swearing at work can help boost team spirit among staff, allowing them to express better their feelings as well as develop social relationships, according to a study by researchers.

Yehuda Baruch, a professor of management at the University of East Anglia, and graduate Stuart Jenkins studied the use of profanity in the workplace and assessed its implications for managers.

They assessed that swearing would become more common as traditional taboos are broken down, but the key appeared to be knowing when such language was appropriate and when to turn to blind eye.

The pair said swearing in front of senior staff or customers should be seriously discouraged or banned, but in other circumstances it helped foster solidarity among employees and express frustration, stress or other feelings.

"Employees use swearing on a continuous basis, but not necessarily in a negative, abusive manner," said Baruch, who works in the university's business school in Norwich.

Banning swear words and reprimanding staff might represent strong leadership, but could remove key links between staff and impact on morale and motivation, he said.

"We hope that this study will serve not only to acknowledge the part that swearing plays in our work and our lives, but also to indicate that leaders sometimes need to 'think differently' and be open to intriguing ideas.

"Managers need to understand how their staff feel about swearing. The challenge is to master the 'art' of knowing when to turn a blind eye to communication that does not meet their own standards."

The study, "Swearing at work and permissive leadership culture: when anti-social becomes social and incivility is acceptable", is published in the latest issue of the Leadership and Organisational Development Journal.

fascinating isn't it, i guess, i will start swearing more next time!! !@#$%$^%!&@^*!&LOL!

The induction camp is over!! not much a camp for me, due to the arena and those outreach programme, drain my time in camp out... at last i was only spending 7 hours in camp!!! u call that a camp??? hmm, but who cares abt how long i spent, important thing is how much i gained from it!!

i always thought that being a instructor is easy, but maybe after this induction camp, my views towards this have changed!! being a instructor gives me an extra responsibility, something which i was not really sure i could handle at first. in fact, if there were a choice, i would rather choose to be a camper!!! haha, regretted not enjoying life as a camper! i think throughout this induction camp, i kind off witnessed the dramatic changes a camp does to a camper, a growth which is essential for a young seedling to evolve; flaws are exposed, qualities are shown, hope you campers can work on ur weakness and strengthen ur fortes. i hope this induction camp really benefited u campers!! i heard that i was pretty fierce during the camp!! am i? i didn't really notice that... hahax.

the campers!!! hope you campers enjoyed the camp..

man, now i am like a voiceless paralyzed freak running a fever, lying on my bed with loads of medicine by my side, when can i stop falling sick so easily...

today was TERRIBLE!! i was made to sport the new uniform of the school!!! and worse still, it is a LOWER SECONDARY DESIGN!! that is like so uncomfortable and unsightly, cant get any words to describe it. was busying with the arena, the outreach programme for the whole of today, which explains why i am home only at 8pm... for once mr tan proved himself to be someone capable of being a teacher, at least for sending me home!!! ANd the most important thing is, he taught us what is inertia!!! ( it almost cost my life:() )

had a haircut which is like long overdue, and once again, the barber cut my hard-grown frinch away!!! T_T my effort is gone, and now my hair is like "beautiful" i was cursing my way home after the hair cut, i TOLD HIM: cut it slant and he cut it so flatly like my head look like a ball. i shouted to him twice and he cut it shorter and shorter each time. OH MY GOD!!! so i unhappily went home and cut my frinch myself.... hope no one laugh at me tomoro!!! nt like no one giggle at the sight at the new uniform i wore today. zzzzzzzzz
(did not put the one which is orginally with short pants, it is just awful...) eeewwww!!

AND NOW, it is JOKES TIME!!!

there are 10 fishes in the water, after one fish die, do the water level increase, decrease, or remain?

answer is: INCREASE!! coz the other 9 fishes started crying over the death of that one fish. LOL

let me tell u another lame lucky plaza joke... which is the place with the most philiphinoes.

answer is : PHILIPHINES ( i think u will not understand, but neh mind.)

jokes proudly sponsored by jasmine and dorisa. applause( clap clap?)

GRRRR!!! i have no idea why?? i tried my best, i did!! REALLY!! it is not like i did not put in any tiny weeny effort. the fact is that i put in loads of effort, a whole truckloads of them, but i gotten nothing in return!! it is really puzzling, and it sets me thinking, why is it that in subjects which i do not put in any effort, i scored rather well, but instead those which i prepared and studied alot, i gained nothing! no improvements at all to put it exact. is that what they refer as fate playing tricks on you. for now, it appears quite true, at least to me!! fortunately there are always friends who stood by my side to soothe the blow of my devastatingly lousy marks. thanks buddies!! love u peeps lots!!!

jocelyn: gd to hear that nothing happen. np, i will tag often.
vivian: cant seem to find ur tagboard after you change ur blogskin... need help? hahax, how u doing? i reckon i have my share of problems... life is always so freakin tiring. hope you have been well too!!

throughout the whole of end-of-the-year exams, i have always have a weird feeling, a sense of deja vu, like everything of my life is recurring. it is really making me feel paranoid for everything which is going to happen tomoro. the moment of truth huh.. maybe, but some truth tend to be revealed before it is meant to be, and it ain't making me feel any better, for truth open up many doors of doom, and tons of them. hmm, tomoro is really going to be a tough day ahead!!! i dun feel like knowing anything, i just hope that things can still be like how it used to be... i have no idea why people say stuff like destiny is in their hand and stuff, it is just freakingly untrue... i tried my best but why do i not reap what i sow. i am bewildered.. seriously!!! a brilliant wake-up call this morning have not done this thinking of mine any good, in fact it just prove it to be true and indeed it is very true. u know it made me feel like a failure. A BIG FAT ONE!!! i really have to brace myself for a tough and tedious day ahead!! i am really sick and tired of those people who just do not know what they are talking about. it really hurts me a lot when accusations are being pointed out without any lead or causes!!! IT IS PURE SICKENING!!!!

hazel: hello!! dun feel too sad erh, we are both in the same boat. hahax!!
manwei: yeah!!! look forward to playing more in the future, especially during the holidays!
eileen: hahax, i think it is more than one subject we are talking about here. anw, thanks for ur concern!!!
